Cleaning and scrubbing will wait ’till tomorrow, but children grow up, as I’ve learned to my sorrow. So quiet down cobwebs! Dust go to sleep! I’m rocking my baby. Babies don’t keep. – Ruth Hamilton

A Little Dirt Anyone?

We haven't put our garden in the ground yet, so for now it has become a great place to play! This evening was filled with dirt-no joke the bottom of the bath tub was covered in dirt.  I love that they can play with each other now and have fun doing it.  These are the evenings when we realize everything will turn out okay!

He always seems to find a truck.

Um no worries he's just going to dump it all over his face!
And she will throw a little in the air.

Lincoln is such a smiley baby-It wasn't hard to get a smile for a picture!  He is on the verge of laughing!

I think this was the night were my little man slept through the night-probably the fresh air...I know this should be a joyous occasion, but I WAS NOT READY for this to happen.  We weren't even pushing for it!  I guess it's a little more sad since it's our last baby.  It does feel good to sleep though.

Now, if we can just get Avery back to normal we would all be a rested!

  1. These photos are just beautiful, Beth! All three of your kids are so sweet and this post really captures their personalities! I love the one of Lincoln smiling.

  2. How is it that one child knows when the other is going to sleep, so he/she decides to be the one to wake up instead? Looks like you guys are having a good time as a family of 5.
