Lincoln "Rocco" Turns One

One year ago we were in the hospital with our third bundle of joy and then this past week we were already celebrating his first birthday! He has had a big first year and is constantly changing.

We had to postpone his actual party, so we made his day a celebration! We made a huge pasta dinner and indulged in cupcakes. It was a busy day and one to remember! Below are pictures from his special day.

We will have his party with family and friends in a few weeks when things calm down. Those will be fun pictures since its an Italian themed party!! He's our little Italian baby!!! Happy first birthday Lincoln "Rocco"

Homemade Baby Food

1 lb of lean hamburger meat, 1 bag of frozen veggies, and 2 cups of cooked brown rice
2 cups of frozen fruit, 1 cup oatmeal, and 1 cup of greek yogurt (any flavor)
2 cups of cooked oatmeal, any frozen fruit blended together
2 grilled tuna steaks, 1 can peas, 1 can of corn, and one can of green beans mixed together
3 pears, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt (any kind). Boil the pears-when they are soft add them to the other items and mix together
1 lb ground turkey meat, 1 bag of frozen peas, carrots, and green beans. Use the water from the veggies and blend together
4 all natural chicken links, a bag of peas, and chicken broth to the right consistancy
2 chicken breast cooked, carrots and spinach!
1 Butternut Squash, 1 Banana, 1 Avacado=cook butternut squash in oven for 45 min. and peel off skin, then mash all other ingredients together
5 Pears, 1/2 cup Mangos, and1 can of Spinach-Heat on Stove and Mix together to a puree
2 cups of cooked oatmeal, any frozen fruit blended together
2 grilled tuna steaks, 1 can peas, 1 can of corn, and one can of green beans mixed together
